Warning: All work on the fuel supply system must be performed only by specialists trained for this purpose. It is essential to observe the relevant safety and accident prevention regulations, as well as specifications of the vehicle manufacturer. Environmental protection requirements must be observed.

1．Caution: When performing all work on electric wires:

Note position of positive (+) and negative (-) wires on the pump, and disconnect them. Danger of short-circuits and sparking if cables fall off! Electric cables must be fitted without tension.

2．Caution: When working on fuel lines:

Ensure safety and cleanliness: Fuel can emerge when the fuel lines are removed! Don’t work in the vicinity of fire, heat sources or flying spark! Don’t let any fuel come into contact with hot vehicle parts (exhaust system, for example). Prevent the fuel from leaking out! Perform a function test after installation: check the connections and pump for proper functioning and tightness: Danger of fire/explosion from leaking fuel!

3．Caution: Disposal note

Fuel pump contains a residual quantity of fuel when it is removed. Accordingly, it must be protected against heat, fire and flying spark. It must furthermore be disposed of in accordance with local regulations and in an environmentally compatible manner.

4.User under non-oil condition is prohibited. Making fuel pump damp as well at collision with others is prohibited to affect its use.

5. Suggest clear the tank, use new strainer and change fuel filter.
